What’s Wrong With This Picture??

She obviously spent time on her appearance and looks very pretty, so that’s not the problem.
Her smile is very warm and they both look like they are social beings so I’m guessing that the date was a success, so that’s not my concern.
Hmm. So what could possibly be wrong??
Ding, Ding, Ding! If you guessed she is picking up the check then you are correct!
Ladies, this is one of the most idiotic crimes a woman can commit in the dating game. Excuse me, if you think I’m being rough but if you’re offended, it is probably because you remember happily whipping out your card and paying for a date.
Let me be utterly clear: Women are to never (under any circumstances) go dutch or pay for a date before you’ve had 3 dates with that guy!

I know, I know. Girl Power, Women’s Lib, and Equal rights, I am a true supporter for the advancement of our kind in the workplace etc but not in the area of romance.
The man is the man. He is pursuing, wining, and dining the beautiful creature that chose to grace him with her presence. And you honor this special night by letting him take the chivalrous initiative. You are not giving up your power or setting women back one hundred years by accepting the gentleman’s offer. He feels honored by having the ability to impress you in this way. Let it be.
The Rules state if you MUST pay for something then leave the tip but please, no more than that or you are inviting someone that could never be that interested in you or a mooch into your life.
Women are nurtures and we like to give as well as receive and we can for date 4. Treat him to a home cooked meal, buy him a new scarf, or go to a movie. But only after the third date.
